Return Policy

Thank you for supporting our small business! We truly appreciate your purchase and are grateful you chose to shop with us, however, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except in the limited circumstances listed below.

Eligible Returns

If your order arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect (you received the wrong item)

please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us review your claim as quickly as possible, please provide:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you may return the item for store credit or exchange it for another item of equal or greater value. If you choose an item of greater value, you will simply pay the difference. Refunds to the original form of payment will not be issued.

Please note that items showing normal wear, natural variations due to age or craftsmanship, or damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
